Most students finish a public health or policy degree knowing the frameworks by heart but having never designed a survey that real people had to answer, sat in on a community meeting, or watched research turn into a policy recommendation. Employers notice that gap immediately.
ECIPH's fee-based internships are designed to close it. Interns work alongside our faculty and researchers on live projects in areas such as occupational and environmental health, nutrition, wellbeing, sustainable development, and health policy. Depending on their interests, they may support field data collection, analyse datasets, review literature, draft policy briefs, or help develop training and awareness materials. Each intern has a mentor, structured tasks, and a clear deliverable to show at the end, so the experience amounts to more than a certificate. Our slots run throughout the year, but remain limited and strictly subject to availability.
